General questions
How does it work?

Click either “Ask a Question” to write to me via WhatsApp, or “Book a Call” to choose a time slot. No upfront payment required.

Once I confirm I can help via WhatsApp, or confirm the call, I will send you a secure payment link.

You’ll receive an email with your PDF invoice. If you booked a call, you will receive a separate email with a meeting invitation.
Do you offer team subscriptions?
At the moment, I only offer a subscription for employers.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive a PDF invoice by email after completing the payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, as long as no call or WhatsApp answer was provided. After 48 hours, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. To cancel an order, please contact me.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT or Klarna (all processed securely through Stripe).

How quickly will I get a reply?

Can I reschedule a call?
You can reschedule your call once, for free, up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. If you reschedule or cancel within 1 hour of the call, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. To reschedule a call, please use the link provided at the bottom of the booking confirmation email, or contact me.
Do I need to choose a topic for the call?
No. You can ask me anything during the call, no matter how many topics/questions you have.
Which platform is used for the call?
Thatโs entirely up to you. We can use WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, FaceTime, or another platform of your choice. Video calls are also possible.
