Professionally, I bring years of experience supporting expats. As an HR Coordinator at CERN, I supported over 200 PhD students from around the world. In my most recent role, as Facilities and Logistics Coordinator at EFTA (the European Free Trade Association), I focused on helping international staff manage their move and providing ongoing support throughout their time in Geneva. Pricing is based on company size as a reference point. Monthly support typically ranges between 950 and 1’700 CHF depending on team size and level of support required.

The value lies in having a trusted point of contact who understands both the local administrative environment and your organization, and is just a message away whenever support is needed.

A wide range of HR and administrative topics related to international employees, including relocation, housing, insurance, residence permits and practical life questions such as mobility (e.g. leasing vs buying a car).
