How does it work?

You’ll be taken to Stripe for a secure payment.

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be redirected back here to either select a time slot for a call or start a WhatsApp conversation, depending on which service you ordered.

You’ll receive an email with your PDF invoice. If you booked a call, you will receive a separate email with a meeting invitation.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive a PDF invoice by email after completing the payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. To cancel an order, please contact me.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT or Klarna (all processed securely through Stripe).

How many questions can I ask on WhatsApp?
When you order an “Instant Answer”, you can ask one main question, and I’ll also answer any follow-up questions related to it.

Can I reschedule a call?
You can reschedule your call once, for free, up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. If you reschedule or cancel within 1 hour of the call, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. To reschedule a call, please use the link provided at the bottom of the booking confirmation email, or contact me.
Do I need to choose a topic for the call?
No. You can ask me anything during the call, no matter how many topics/questions you have.
What if I accidentally close the booking page?
If you accidentally close the booking page after payment, don’t worry! Simply contact me, and I’ll provide you with a new link to book your call.
